Saturn Star Movers is expanding across Ontario and we need local representatives — people on the ground in their own communities who can help customers get accurate moving estimates and build real referral relationships.
You are not a call centre agent. You are not cold-calling from a list. You are our face in your city — professional, trusted, and community-driven.
The role is flexible and commission-based, which means the more you build, the more you earn. Our central office and sales systems support you — your job is relationships and local presence, not paperwork or managing crews.
Your work sits in two areas — and you do not have to be perfect at both right away.
When a customer needs someone to come take a look before booking, that's you. You visit, assess, and work with our central team to put together an accurate quote they can trust.
You will build referral relationships with people and organizations that are connected to moving — people who see customers before we do.

Per completed qualified in-person estimate appointment, whether or not the job books. You show up professionally, you get paid for your time.
Of revenue on completed jobs you helped source or close. Calculated on gross profit for long-distance moves. The bigger the move, the bigger the cheque.
Bonus when a new referral partner you brought in produces their first completed job. Ongoing commission on all future referred jobs from that relationship.
Realistic Earning Range
$40,000 – $70,000+ / year
Active reps doing consistent estimates and building referral relationships typically earn $3,000–$5,000/month within their first few months. Top performers earning $70k+ are building real referral networks with realtors, property managers, and local businesses — this compounds over time.
